What are the areas of Family Law practiced at your firm?
We limit our practice to Family Law matters, e.g., divorce, post decree modification, allocation of parental responsibilities (“custody”), child support, paternity, contempt citations and expert witnesses. We also provide limited scope Family Law services through licensed legal paraprofessional (LLP).
Will I be dealing with an attorney or paralegal?
All of our cases are managed personally by Diane L. Kaiser, Esq., with 36 years in practice, and Cheri A. Kaser, our paralegal and LLP. You will be working with our small, efficient team and receive detailed attention and personal service.
How do I get started?

What can I expect at the consultation?
Initial consultations review your situation, determine your goals, and discuss options. Our firm’s fee schedule is reviewed and any specific concerns about your matter are addressed.
How are fees or retainer determined?
Fees and retainer needs vary depending on the complexity of the matter. This is discussed in your initial consultation. Payment plans are available for consultation fees and to meet the LLP requirement for a retainer.
Do you work with clients only in Westminster?
Our offices are in Westminster, Colorado and while we primarily serve this area we have clients all over Colorado.
