The nature and scope of LLP Legal Services, including any limitations thereof, will be fully disclosed to you at your consultation (and otherwise controlled by the prevailing rules of state Bar Associations and the Firm’s fee, engagement letter or other applicable agreement).
Expert Witness Services
The Firm provides fees related expert witness testimony in domestic relations matters. Such services are rendered subject to separate terms and requirements applicable to the retention of expert witnesses, including but not limited to conflict checks, scope of the engagement, and fee arrangements.
