Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm (closed Friday). Our professional staff includes Diane L. Kaiser, Esq., who has 36 years of legal experience, with 34 years devoted to Family Law matters, and Cheri A. Kaser, Paralegal and Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (“LLP”). We provide expert, caring, and highly individualized legal representation to all our clients. Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) Services

Cheri A. Kaser, L.L.P., provides Family Law services on a limited basis to the extent allowed by Colorado law. The nature and scope of LLP Legal Services, including any limitations thereof, will be fully disclosed to you at your consultation (and otherwise controlled by the prevailing rules of state Bar Associations and the Firm’s fee, engagement letter or other applicable agreement).

Expert Witness Services

The Firm provides fees related expert witness testimony in domestic relations matters. Such services are rendered subject to separate terms and requirements applicable to the retention of expert witnesses, including but not limited to conflict checks, scope of the engagement, and fee arrangements.
